Dan Qualified as a Shiatsu Practitioner at the end of 2006 with the British School of Shiatsu-DO and has been developing his practice since which is located in Thorpe Bay Clinic. He is Member of the professional Register of the Shiatsu Society (MRSS).

His background is I.T, although he has always been fascinated by health and medicine, particularly Eastern medical thought being drawn to its holistic view of the human experience. This fascination drew him towards Chinese Medicine and eventually to Shiatsu. After qualifying as a Shiatsu practitioner Dan decided to deepen his knowledge of Oriental Medicine by studying Acupuncture which he has been doing now for over two year years. To refine his Bodywork skills Dan has continued to develop his skills by attending various post-graduate courses including studying Saul Goodman's 'Shin Tai' system of advanced Shiatsu techniques.

Through his busy clinic he has treated many different conditions such as Infertility, MS, Depression, Structural problems, Asthma and is currently working with the Proteus Syndrome Foundation UK, to assist those suffering from Proteus Syndrome.

He held numerous workshops and lectures raising public awareness on the importance of taking a holistic approach to health and is passionate about promoting the benefits of Oriental Medicine.
